- 1 green apple, cored and chopped
- 2/3cm (1 inch) piece of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
- 1 small cucumber, chopped
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 scoop of Mevorra collagen original powder
- 1 cup water or unsweetened almond milk (or your favourite milk)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Add the chopped green apple, ginger, cucumber, spinach, mint and Mevorra collagen original powder to a blender.
- Pour in the water or unsweetened almond milk and add the ice cubes.
- Blend the ingredients until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
- If the mixture is too thick, add more water or almond milk as needed until you reach your desired consistency.
