Collagen Drink Recipes

Collagen Smoothie Bowl

1 cup frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 scoop collagen powder
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon honey

 

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings, such as granola or nuts. Enjoy!

 

Collagen Latte

1 cup brewed coffee
1 scoop collagen powder
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

Add the coffee, collagen powder, honey and vanilla extract to a blender. Slowly add the almond milk and blend until smooth. Pour into a mug and enjoy.

 

Collagen Cocktail

1 shot of vodka
1 scoop collagen powder
1/2 cup cranberry juice
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup pineapple juice
Splash of lime juice
Orange slice for garnish

 

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a glass. Garnish with an orange slice and enjoy!

1 cup brewed tea
1 scoop collagen powder
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

Add the tea, collagen powder, honey and vanilla extract to a blender. Slowly add the almond milk and blend until smooth. Pour into a mug and enjoy.

 

Collagen Kombucha

1 bottle of unflavored kombucha
1 scoop collagen powder
1/4 cup fresh berries (raspberries, blueberries, or blackberries)
1 tablespoon honey

 

Add the kombucha, collagen powder, berries and honey to a blender. Blend until well combined. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
